@mala https://shakespeare.sayit.mysociety.org/much-ado-about-nothing/act-iv/scene-i-a-church##link+my+dear+friend been working for years! :) But whatever actually gets implemented, I guess...
CSS box-shadow use for footer colouring: http://dracos.co.uk/wrote/css-end-of-page-colour/
I tidied up my website a bit, and set up an RSS feed (http://dracos.co.uk/feed/ if you care), purely so I could write this post and tell people about it: http://dracos.co.uk/wrote/css-only-multiple-choice-quiz/
I probably won’t write anything further :)
@russss No worries, I’m certainly not one to care about delayed responses! Thanks, hope they’re useful, seem to be working well.
@mala Doesn't mention my favourite: https://shakespeare.sayit.mysociety.org/richard-iii/act-i/scene-ii-the-same-another-street##hedgehog
Next month, we’re performing Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius in the Town Hall (where it was premiered in 1900), do come along!
(Prompted by mentioning it to @Solobasssteve yesterday :) )
@mala I love jq. Use it for e.g. not having Slack bots post on Bank Holidays using the gov.uk JSON.
@Saul Doesn't that say 1st/2nd December?
@phae Didn't think I could do that, thanks!
@Floppy Take your pick from 14/15th on https://www.theguardian.com/business/stock-markets – but never check your investments! :)
@Floppy Apps can’t use `/call` either (at least, when I looked at doing the same thing). We post a link to a Hangout.

@mala Happy to help with any git questions, doubt I can help with any mblaze, I've just given up on email. Good luck, I'll try not to think that's the start of some "Narrator: It went wrong" documentary...
@mala Not sure why, any issue I ever had with submodules (e.g. hard to move them) fixed in git years ago now. Certainly for pinning a sub-repo to a particular commit sounds exactly like what you'd want :)
@sil I kept my email from TBL back in 2007 asking where RDF for TheyWorkForYou data was. I think we said help was welcome! ;)
